We are so sorry for sending you a wrong/defective item! Please contact us with your order number, and a photograph of the wrong item/defect. Our team member will be in touch with you shortly on what to do next. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or wrongly sent. All items mailed back must be unused, unwashed, unaltered.
A replacement will be provided for wrong item/defective returns. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, you will be refunded.
